Hej! We would like to get support with finding the best colour for painting the walls in our living room. We like natural colours and do not want to get something very outstanding. We also like warm tones. However, the colour of our kitchen is a bit colder and greyish. So ideally we would like to have a colour that is warm beige but still matches with the kitchen. The colour code of the kitchen is: NCS S 3000-N. The rest of the walls are white. Thanks a lot for your support and best, Siena

I will be glad to help you. However, to do this I would very much like to know what colourcode you have on your woodwork like windows, doors, trimmings etc and the colourcode in the room next ton the kitchen?

Hi Annika, Thanks for the quick response and apologies for not providing more details. We are moving into the new apartment in 2 weeks so we are fully reliant on the information we have in the brochure and picture. I have attached some additional picture here. However, the window frames, doors and all walls linking to the kitchen and living room are white (but I unfortunately do not have any color-code). Hope this helps a bit. Moreover, I would like to inform you that the furniture you see on the picture is not ours. We have more beige, brown tones and dark wood in our furniture. For curtains we are thinking of buying these: https://www.ikea.com/se/sv/p/dytag-gardiner-1-par-moerkbeige-80519116/#content. And ideally we are looking for wipeable paint as it is close to the kitchen. Please let me know if you need additional information or pictures in order to support us! Thanks a lot and best, Siena

Hi,
All colors are experienced differently in different lights, but also differently depending on which other colors you see at the same time.
Together, your white details such as ceilings, windows, doors and other carpentry form a fairly large surface that you will see at the same time as you see the walls, and the color code of these details will therefore affect how you experience the color of the walls and also the end result. Therefore, please ask the seller what color code these details have. Then come back with this and we'll continue with a colorplan :)

Hi Annika, Thanks for the quick response. We have received additional information. Väggar: Vitmålade, NCS S 0500-N. Golv: 3-stav vitpigmenterad lackad ek. Innertak: Vitmålade, NCS S 0500-N. Fasade skarvar efter bjälklagselement. The windows and doors are also NCS S 0500-N. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need more information. All the best, Siena

Hi Annika, Thanks! Yes, only the 2 hallways are connected to the living room and they have the same color code for the walls and ceilings (NCS S 0500-N). The floor is also the same and there are no doors and door frames connecting them. Hope this helps! All the best, Siena

As you are aware of the kitchencabinets have a greishbluish tone. If you ad a warmer tone to the walls like a beige tone or warmer grey, the cabinets will look colder and mor blue and the walls will look more golden.
Have a look at the colours LADY 1622 Reflektion or LADY 2104 Teblomma. Your could also go fore a bit darker and mer colour, lika LADY 2336 New York, LADY 4629 Skuggblå or LADY 9924 Larvikitt.
Test the colours on large pieces of paper that you can move around and see how the colors turn out in different places in the room, in different lights. For matt and beautiful walls, paint with LADY Pure Color, New LADY Wonderwall or LADY Balance.
