Hi! I have a villa in Värmdö and I have tried so many colors and I can't find the color I want. I tried colors like Space, Sand, Sans, and other company's colors too. In the end, a week ago I decided to paint the living room and entryway SILKE, but the color just looks white, there's not much of a difference. I have 3 rooms in Sand and I like it. But the sand color in the living room looks so dark :( The same thing happens with Space and Sans, they become so dark in the living room and entryway. I'm looking for the perfect beige for my living room and I can't figure out which shade is the right one. My living room is quite bright with very large windows. The last two photos are for inspiration, I'm looking for a similar tone to that one. I would really appreciate some help Thanks, Mayra AC.

I am happy to help you, but here I would need a bit more information so that you can get the best answer from me possible. What color code (NCS) do you have for your white details, such as windows, doors, moldings, and kitchen fronts, if not all these details are going to be painted over? It affects which other colors work well and how you will perceive the final result. The easiest way to find out which white color (if white) these details are is to borrow color samples of the most common whites, S0500-N, 0502-Y (without S), and S0502-Y, and compare. Then get back to me with that, a floor plan, and the color code in adjacent rooms, and I would be happy to help you further.

Hi! I have the color code (NCS) for the doors and windows: S0502-y. The adjacent rooms are painted NCS 1140 Sand Wonderwall Jotun. My kitchen is painted matte black. The main window with ocean views is currently painted white, but I want to paint it black. Depending on the color I paint the wall, I can paint all the moldings, but for now everything is white S0502-Y. And the entire living room is NCS 0486 Silk Wonderwall Jotun, but this color is too dull for my bright living room. Thanks :)
